The hotel is located just off the road which links Venice-Mestre and Treviso.
Treviso's and Venice's Airports are 10 and 15 kilometres away, a cheap transfer can be organised by the hotel on request.

Rooms
The rooms are tastefully decorated in traditional style, with parquet floors, beautiful curtains, carpets and in some cases, there are original wooden beams on the ceiling. All the rooms are equipped with the comforts of a 4 star hotel including air conditioning, hair dryer, 20'' colour television, satellite and pay-movies, radio, mini bar, safe and in a few rooms, hydro-massage bath-tub. Internet connection is also available in all rooms. Wireless possible in the common areas (fee payble on the spot). All windows are soundproof and the whole environment is quiet and peaceful. Superior rooms are also available but only in the main building.
Restaurant
There is a nice and elegant breakfast room on the ground floor, with plenty of natural light, and also very quiet being surrounded by the Villa's gardens.
Exterior
This is an ancient 19th century liberty villa, made of 2 separate buildings, completely refurbished and plunged in the calmness of a 15.000 square metre park.
Lobby
The lobby and reception area are small but just off the reception desk, there is a comfortable area, tastefully decorated in traditional style with antiques, and enriched with nice carpets, comfortable sofas, pretty curtains, candlesticks and statues.
