MANDATORY SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon check-in, the resort requires a security deposit that protects the contents of each unit for the individual owners. Guests can choose from having a $300 authorization placed on a major credit card that is released upon check-out (if there are no damages to the unit), or purchase a one time, non-refundable $39 property protection plan that will cover up to $1500 of incidental damages. The $300 authorization can only be done with a major credit card. It is not an actual charge but a hold placed on the credit limit. (Fees are subject to change without notice) MANDATORY CLEANING FEE: The following mandatory Cleaning fee will be charged direct upon check-in: Two Bedroom/$45, Three Bedroom/$55. (Fees are subject to applicable taxes and to change without notice) RESORT FEE: A daily Resort Fee of $7 per room (subject to applicable taxes) will be charged direct upon check-in unless booking a room type that specifically states the fee is included or optional. Amenities included with the Resort Fee are: Playstation 3/Blu-ray console, unlimited DVD movies and Playstation game rentals, parking, in-room WiFi, business center, in-room coffee and tea starter kit, use of fitness center, golf discounts, children's playground, BBQ grills and picnic tables, shaded pool cabanas, pool towels, and unlimited local and toll free calls.
