The Viceroy ordered the construction of the house in the 16th century. The property is facing the former Convent of Carmen, which is nowadays the city's House of Culture. This hotel has contemporary Mexican decor, and a harmonious balance between the quarry stones and fine Spanish tile floors, characteristics that help make this building such a beautiful place.
