Originally built as the Nautilus Hotel, the 250-room oceanfront property is located in the heart of Miami's art deco district close to shops, museums, restaurants and SOBE nightlife. Designed by famed architect Morris Lapidus in the 1950s, the hotel will be renovated with homage to its original spirit and updated with the inclusion of a new restaurant, lobby lounge, events and meeting room space with 2500 sq. ft. space divisible into 2 rooms, a pool bar,|and well-equipped fitness center. Revealing an extensive evolution of what the property once was, the hotel will feature a comfortable design that emulates a luxury beach house with public spaces, rooms and suites that will have an international and residential feel.
