Private rooms are spacious with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, tv, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and tea & coffee. Linen including towels is supplied. Our facilities include a communal kitchen, tv room, bbq area, internet access, wifi with personal laptop, free dvd hire, free parking (on a first come first served basis), laundry and tour information and bookings.

Located in the heart of St.Kilda, we are literally a 2 minute walk from Acland St where you will find fantastic cafes, restaurants and bars! There are also all the major Australian banks as well as Coles and Safeway supermarkets and numerous clothing and gift stores.
