The air conditioned master bedroom has a king size bed (which can be separated into two single beds, large windows with sea view, a double wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has twin beds, a double built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

The living room offers two large leather sofas, a dining table seating 4, flat screen TV with SKY, DVD player and music system.

Sliding glass patio doors lead off to a 50 sqm south-facing terrace overlooking the sea and on which there is a large dining table seating 4, 4 sun loungers, 2 sofas with a small table and a cushioned bench seat.

A refundable deposit of 300 eur will be paid by the guests on arrival and refunded on check out.

No cleaning during the stay included in the price.

Minimum stay 7 days, arrival day Saturday.

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven with 4 hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The adjoining utility room has a washing machine and plenty of storage space.
