Marthas Apartments are in the Son Caliu bay, carefully chosen for its fabulous climate, ideal in summer and winter. Only 150 meters from the apartments are 2 beautiful beaches with clean fine sand, sheltered by the pine covered mountains of Calviá, protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine all day long.

Mathas apartments are 20 minutes away from Palma Airport and only 15 minutes from the city centre, 3 kilometres away is Puerto Punta Portal, one of the most elite and exclusive parts of the island.

At only meters from the apartments every possible amenity can be found: chemist, parking, bank, childs play area.

Marthas Hotel Apartamentos were reformed in spring 2008. Since 1986 we have been a traditional holiday hotel, where good services, attention to detail and value for money have been our priorities. The new management plan to carry on in the same way, keeping all the old values but in a modernized, well conserved building.

Close to Marthas there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs where you will find a good family atmosphere. Nearby are also facilities to enjoy a variety of sports: golf, tennis, paddle, water sports, etc.
