Part of the Stil Group of hotels, the 2 key Mar y Paz Apartments have an enviable sea front location around 600 metres from the beach in the quiet residential Son Baulo district of the popular resort of C'an Picafort on the north coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 900 metres to the east of the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1967 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2005/6, the modern Mar y Paz Apartments has a total of 30 guest rooms, including 24 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 6 studio flats, which are built over 6 floors.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the sea. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage rooms for late departures, a games room and lounge bar with satellite television. Across the road from the Mar y Paz Apartments, and under separate management, guests will find a salt water outdoor swimming pool and snack bar.
