The hotel VIVA Golf (adults only) is located directly by a sandy beach. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The town Alcudia is around 2 km away (Port Pollensa around 10 km, Inca around 27 km). Shopping facilities are located approx.100 m from the hotel. It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 500 m. For mobility during your holiday, there are a bus stop (approx. 50 m away) and a car rental company. The airport (PMI) is approx. 60 km away.

Partially renovated in 2019, the 4-storey 4-star beach hotel has 117 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, an air conditioning, a mini market as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). After an eventful day, you can relax in the evening at the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. An Internet access can also be used by hotel guests for a fee. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access.
