Modern home on private section, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Pretty cottage garden with secluded barbeque area.

Phil and Sandy were farmers and now enjoy living in their modern home in Te Anau. Phil is now hotel maintenance worker. Their interests include vintage machinery and restoration, Willys Jeep outings, embroidery, patchwork and gardening. They have a little dog, very much part of the family.
