Check-In Options: We offer 2 convenient options for your arrival experience:

- Fully Remote: We offer an express, remote check-in service, which makes your arrival easy and quick! Please call our team at 530-600-4316 prior to arrival to provide a method of payment for incidentals, and you can avoid a front desk visit upon arrival. We will then contact you by 4:00pm to give you your unit access information and to let you know your room is ready.

• In-Person: Alternatively, you can stop by our sister property, Zalanta Resort, and our on-site team will take your method of payment for incidentals in person and provide you with your unit details.

Accessing your unit: The day prior to your arrival date, you will receive communication from our team with your unit number and access code.

Parking Information: Parking passes will be included in your welcome package on the kitchen counter of your unit.

Front Desk Service: Our on-site guest services team at Zalanta Resort serves both Lakeland Village and Zalanta guests. Our team is available 24/7 by calling 530-600-4316 or texting 530-500-6095 or by visiting 4101 Lake Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.

Check-Out Process: Check-out time is 11:00AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you require additional time, please call us at 530-600-4316, An additional nights rate will be charged for any unauthorized late departures. You will be checked out automatically, and your receipt will be sent electronically to the email address on the reservation. Resort fees and taxes may need to be applied at check-out depending on your booking channel.
