The resort's guest should check-in at the Check-in Lounge located at Sutera Harbour Marina, 1 Sutera Boulevard, Sutera Harbour, 88100 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Guests will be refreshed with a welcome treat and mineral water during check-in at the lounge before being escorted to the speedboat for transfer to Gaya Island Resort.
