Approx. 250 m from a sandy beach is situated the hotel Astra Village Hotel and Spa, which is especially popular with honeymooners. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. The tourist centre is about 5 km away. The town Argostoli is around 9 km away (Fiscardo around 60 km, Sami around 40 km). A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 9 km. It is only 250 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Melissani cave (approx. 35 km away), Castle St George (approx. 6 km away) and Drogarati Cave (approx. 30 km away). For mobility during your holiday, there are a bus stop (approx. 250 m away), a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 9 km away.

Partially renovated in 2021, the 2-storey beach hotel consists of a main building and 13 adjoining buildings, and has 65 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, a safe (for free), a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant and a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.
