General description:

The hotel Servatur Waikiki is situated approx. 1,5 km from a sandy beach. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. The nearest town is Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 600 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 250 km. It is only 250 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 400 m. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 50 m, a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 5 km away.

Completely renovated in 2015, the 8-storey beach hotel has 511 rooms, and spread over one main building and 4 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 10 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, various other shops, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel's bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry service is available for a fee.

Pool:

In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find one fresh water pool with a children´s pool integrated into the main pool (open from January to December). Here, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for free available. At the pool bar you can get refreshing beverages.
