It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a kiosk, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 5 restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry / ironing service is available for a fee.
