This family-friendly city hotel is located in the heart of Florence, near the Santa Maria Novella Station, 500 m from the Duomo (Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral) and 100 m from the congress building. The business hotel is located in the city centre yet away from the noise of traffic and people. Peretola Airport is approximately 8 km from the conference hotel and Galileo Galilei Airport is around 100 km away.

The entire floor of the large 19th century building, standing away from the road, has been completely refurbished in order to offer 20 apartments with harmonious architectural lines, fitted out with rare and tasteful simplicity, and offering guests quiet relaxation as they return from an action-packed day. The residence is also equipped with a meeting room fitted with facilities for video projections and audio installations, monitored by the event organisation office. Built in 1800, the aparthotel also offers a hotel safe, lift access, a TV lounge, external laundry service and a car parking ( Euro 30 per night ). Use of the kitchen in apartment Euro 25 at the end of the stay. The front desk is open from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Check-in is from 02:00 p.m. to 09 p.m.
