Approx. 15 km from the hotel´s own beach is situated the hotel Grosvenor House Dubai. The tourist centre is about 30 km away. The town Dubai City Centre is around 30 km away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 5 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 1 km. It is 2 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 1 km. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema and a theatre are approx. 5 km away. Recently renovated in 2015, the 45-storey city hotel has 748 rooms, and spread over one main building and one adjoining building. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 10 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Concierge service is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee. For the room cleaning the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find one pool with a children´s pool. A bar at the pool offers guests refreshing beverages.
