This beautifully appointed manor house was constructed in 1794 as a coaching inn on the main route from Nottingham to Ashby. It was originally named the Rawdon Hotel and was conceived and built by the Marquis of Hastings. Now a privately owned establishment providing a high level of service and intimacy, the hotel features a total of 32 rooms, including 15 suites. There is a reception hall with a cloakroom, as well as an on-site restaurant serving good food and drink.
