Many of the prettiest villages in Cyprus are found in the Paphos district and these are the settings for the Z &X Holiday Villas, surrounded by the idyllic countryside but close enough to amenities to be convenient. Our villas are situated in Milou, Polis and Arkaka Village.

Offering a wide selection of luxurious holiday villas, our guests have the choice of selecting between two to five bedrooms, traditional or modern style. Boasting their own private swimming pool, all have fully equipped kitchens, main bathrooms and en-suite showers, attractively furnished living areas which lead outdoors to covered patios equipped with garden furniture.
