A deposit is required, and is returned after checking the condition of the apartment. Check-in takes place from 5pm to 8pm, with check-out by 9am.

The apartments consist of living room with sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom, kitchen, and en suite, and cover a total of 60 square metres. Linen and towels (except beach towels), which are changed once a week, are included. Cleaning of the apartment is carried out prior to guests' arrival.
