Approx. 500 m from a beach is situated the hotel RH Victoria. The tourist centre is about 500 m away. The town Benidorm is around 500 m away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 5 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 200 m. It is only 200 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 100 m and a car rental company. Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 43 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 10 km away. The airport (ALC) is approx. 58 km away. Another airport (VLC) is located approx. 148 km away.

Partially renovated in 2019, the 19-storey beach hotel has 133 rooms in total. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 16:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 3 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a parking area (for a fee), a security entry system and a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel's bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
