In the rooms there is TV and telephones available. Facilities also include: hairdryer, iron/ironing board, turndown service, laundry service and garden view. There are in total 20 Guest Bedrooms,18 double rooms & two box single rooms, accommodating in total 38/40 house guests. There’s fresh salmon from the Blackwater River and meats from the farm. Vegetables and herbs come from the walled kitchen garden. Only the extensive New and Old World wine list is drawn from farther afield. Chef and Patron William O’Callaghan has brought that twist to Ireland’s south-western corner, where ingredients such as pork, lamb, woodcock, snipe, salmon, honey and oriental greens come straight from the estate. Even our water comes from our own wells.
