Crowne Plaza Brussels-Le Palace
Rue Gineste, Brussels, 1210
Very Good, 4 Dating back to 1908, the hotel has a long and distinguished history, having been at the heart of daily life in Brussels since its opening. The rooms were recently renovated, with the architect seeking inspiration in the art nouveau lines and curls of Gustav Klimt (1862-1918), echoing Le Palace's (1908) original turn-of-the-century style. The architect combined this with a cool modern touch and the latest comforts such as air conditioning. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 10 safes, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and 4 lifts in addition to a café, a bar, a restaurant and 20 conference rooms. Guests are able to take advantage of the WLAN Internet access; fees apply for use of the room and laundry services.
