The hotel is located in a quiet area only 100 m away from the sandy beach, 3 km from the centre of Sunny Beach resort and just a short walk from the nearest public transport services. It is 35 km from Burgas Airport, and Varna Airport is approximately 120 km away.

This beach hotel has a total of 213 rooms and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a natural creek and picturesque bridges. Its architectural style carries the spirit of the Bulgarian Revival.
