This is a good reasonably priced option for independent travellers. With the lounge area and some kitchen facilities including dishwasher, it will suit those looking to self cater. Within ten minute walk to the commercial centre of Paihia. The property is across the road from the beach and ten minutes walk to the Waitangi treaty house. Paihia is approximately three and a half hours drive from Auckland. The nearest airport is Kerikeri domestic, which is a 20 minute drive.

Rooms

The rooms are in excellent condition. Most units have a small lounge area as well as a kitchenette as well as a seperate bedroom. The bedding configuration is Queen bed with no twin rooms available. Double Sofa sleeper in lounge for the third person. Because of the way the property was built very few rooms have a sea view.

Restaurant

There is no restaurant on site. Most cafes and restaurants are a 10 minute walk or a two minute drive.

This is a modern low rise, two storey building in concrete and glass.
