From the airport of Faro (45 km): When leaving the airport, go to the

main road (IN .125) and follow the signs to Portimao and Lisbon /

Espanha IP1 (A22). Take Highway (22) to Lisbon and Portimao. Follow

Highway towards Portimao until the exit Alcantarilha / Armação de Pera.

At the roundabout, follow the signs to Armação de Pera. Continue until

Alcantarilha. In the rotunda of Alcantarilha, turn right onto Armação de

Pêra (indicated). Go straight; happen 6 roundabouts. In the 7 th

roundabout, turn left and continue until the promenade. The white

building across the street is the Holiday Inn. Turn left and then right

to reach the main gate. Or you can take a taxi from the airport. The

journey takes about 45 minutes.

is located on a hill directly next to a kilometre-long beach. Nearby
