Golf course 4.5 km, cable cabin 150 m, ski bus stop 50 m, cross-country ski trail 400 m. Please note: free of charge ski bus. Town centre with pedestrian zone, 200 m. The house is ideally located, very close to the Zeller mountain cableways(direct access to the Cityexpress gondula) and direct access to the Schmittenhohenbahn cableway and the ski shuttle bus to Kaprun (Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski region). All facilities are within walking distance in Zell am See. Swimming in Zeller lake, fishing and boat hire 400 m. Hiking directly from the house (also in winter). Heating all year round (on request). The owner's stock room (vet practice) is situated on theground floor (hardly used, no disturbance, separate area/entrance). Please note: maximum occupancy of 10 people, including children from 2 years! Pets allowed on request (extra). The price per pet includes a flea treatment, compulsory on arrival.
