The Peninsula Nelson Bay is located near the heart of Nelson Bay. Little Beach and the Marina are both in walking distance and climbing Tomaree Head will provide you with a spectacular view over Nelson Bay and the area of Port Stephens.

Nelson Bay is also well known for Whale watching and where Dolphins can be sighted from the shore of the bay. If you are planning a wine excursion through the Hunter Valley but seeking a recreational destination to stay then this is the right choice. In 2005 the family aquired the adjacent Peninsula Palms (former Marlin Motel) and incorporated this property to suit budget travellers.
